Monroe Organic Farms, CSA, provides the freshest, tastiest, and most nutritious fruits and vegetables this side of the Rockies!

We believe in taking care of our soil. We work hard to make sure out soil does not get depleted of vital nutrients. We rotate crops within our fields. Every four or five years, we rotate entire vegetable fields into alfalfa (also known as a cover crop or green manure) allowing the soil to rebuild and regenerate.

Soil tests are taken yearly to determine the quality of the soil. By building better soils, alfalfa provides important nutrients to the plants, and it nourishes the produce and the people who consume it.

We offer summer produce shares and winter produce shares.
